Refunds & Returns

 

Orders and products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  1. If you want to return a product (s), send us an email through the 'Contact Us' form with your name, order number, the barcode number for the product (s), and the return reason.
  2. You can return products that have a defect from the manufacturer’s side, damaged, or that were delivered incorrectly (wrong product) or as a result of damage during the product delivery.
  3. Products must be in their original condition and all product labels must be present as they are.
  4. Once the returned products are received, our quality team will have them checked.
  5. You will not be able to get your money back for used or lost parts including labels and stickers and they will be returned directly back to you.
  6. Refunds for orders paid in cash will always be refunded via your wallet balance or with a cash refund.
  7. You can return any product (s) within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  8. In order to successfully exchange or return any product, make sure to follow the previous steps.
  9. The refund may take up to 14 days.
  10. Transferring refunds can take up to 14 days.
  11. Refunds will only cover the cost of the products, and no shipping charges will be refunded.
  12. In the event of an order being returned, exchanged, or cancelled, used coupons or reward points in the order will not be reusable.
